Well here we are gonna start this P90x workout program and I'm sitting here scratching my heading thinking...how the heck did he talk me into this?
And I'm starting to doubt if I can actually complete these 90 days. I have all these negative thoughts in my head: Can I do this? Am I strong enough? What if I can't finish? What if I disappoint my family? Heck, what if I disappoint myself?
Here is my goal: to get healthy and eat good foods to fuel my body. And to lower my cholesterol

I'm on the couch eating cake and its so good, I'm savorying this moment cuz this (hopeuflly) is the last time I eat chocolate cake with whipped cream frosting for 90 long days. bye bye chocolate cake....see ya in 90 days!
Here is my goal: I don't wanna be like the 80% of people who are sedetary sitting on the couch doing nothing. I wanna build muscle, lower my body fat, eat healthly, feel good and be a healthy role model for my boys. Because they will be more apt to follow my lead if I'm health conscience.
